JIU JITSU EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP 2010: travelogue ....
A few days ago ended European Championship by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu held, like every year, in Lisbon.
For the second time, with fellow training academy "MILANIMAL" take a part in this sporting event, is the debut instead for my student and friend, Ottavio soup.
Ottavio, almost a year, is training with me to Nova Milanese twice a week with great dedication and professionalism, from Como and 80 km grinding every night to learn Jiu-Jitsu.Altri two days are training in Como Giada Meroni with reinventing the same workout as a whole.
This is why I decided to reward him and bring him to the most important competition and sought after in Europe, also if practicing only a year.

The " Martial Karate Team "is moving in Cesenatico 2 to 8 August 2009.
A week dedicated to entertainment and beyond the sea, the intensive study of martial arts.

The purpose of this stage was to raise awareness of this effective self-defense system for everyone, without requiring special physical qualities.
For those interested in the study of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will open a course on Saturday 4 ottobre.Le Classes are held every Saturday afternoon from 13.30 to 15.00 at the Happy Energy Nova Milanese.
