... It is not just a race ... it is a day spent together with a twofold purpose, the first is to remember Edward in his sport through a sporting event in which he believed, the second is to raise funds for people less fortunate than ourselves.
We ask all athletes who participate in the event to observe the rules and to respect their neighbor in the spirit of the event.
Thank you for the donations collected over the years have been used for the construction of a wing of the orphanage in Machakos in Kenya, this year all proceeds and donations will be devoted in Kenya there are two major projects for funding: one is buying a car you need to bring medical assistance to the villages far from medical dispensaries, and the other is the purchase of books for a mini library at the orphanage in Machakos.

This year the race was held at San Fermo della Battaglia social order to bring less experienced athletes to ' racing, having the opportunity to meet with students from other schools.

The top 4 ranked athletes in each race, and for each category entered in the program of the VIII Tournament, will be entitled to
play in the final race in the category in which you are qualified.
Method of calculation for the award of the Society
IX Tournament in the final attributes are the same for all participants, the scores based on their place in it.
Only scores obtained by the various participants in the Final will be a classification for the Company.
The 2008 Tournament will be awarded to the first ranked company in this list: If you encounter a dead heat for
the award of the tournament, we will proceed to draw an additional new ranking, the only company interested in
tie, dividing the scores they obtained in the final stage with the number of athletes that they had the right to submit the Final
. In this case, the 2008 tournament will be awarded to the first club. Should there be a further
tie there will be a draw between the Company ranked first in this latter list.
