Summer Course 2007: "Ethics and End of Life: between death and dignity worthy of the dying "
From 25 June to 6 July 2007 Summer Course will take place on the sixth Update in Bioethics organized by the Faculty of Bioethics.
The topic of the course will be: "Ethics at the end of Life: Between Death and dignity worthy of the dying." will be addressed, among others, the following topics: aging populations, the elderly, adaptation of the health system the inversion of the pyramid of the population, the death human phenomenon, the finding of death, historical reflection, philosophical and theological on human death and the terminally ill, pain management and palliative care, ethics of the relationship between doctor and patient in the terminal patient; ortotanasia, euthanasia and aggressive medical treatment, assisted suicide: ethical and legal debate, the texts of life.
